What are the vision, mission, and goal of EnTeam?

EnTeam vision: People can create a more productive and more peaceful world by using activities that measure cooperation between diverse groups and challenging them to learn to win together.

EnTeam mission: increase cooperation and raise academic achievement by providing activities that challenge students, teachers, parents, and communities to win together and measure collaboration.

EnTeam goal: The goal of EnTeam is that every child grows up with a balanced understanding of win-win and win-lose because they play sports and games that score performance both ways. As a step toward that goal, we expect that in the year 2010 one million people, adults and children, will be playing win-win games on a regular basis. The outcome will be that people understand how to win on a win-win basis as clearly as people now understand winning on a win-lose basis.
