EnTeam Workshops

WorkshopsPrograms

EnTeam Workshops are educational activities that are facilitated by EnTeam certified personnel. The objective of an EnTeam Workshop is to increase cooperation and thus raise achievement levels of the workshop attendees.

EnTeam offers the following categories of Workshops; Single, Standard Package, and Introduction.

Each EnTeam Workshop features the use of EnTeam Games. The specific goals of each EnTeam Workshop vary. Examples of specific goals are; improving cooperation between sub groups, improving understanding between individual attendees, improving specific academic or organizational skills, and improving the overall performance of the full group.

Single EnTeam Workshop

The single workshop is a one-time EnTeam event that is normally designed to achieve a goal such as improved group interaction, improved understanding of the benefits of cooperation, or improved academic or organization achievement. The single workshop features several EnTeam challenges that encourage people to think creatively about the ways they can succeed together. The single workshop is sometimes used as an icebreaker for a group meeting where the goal is for members to interact and get to know each other, and discuss their objectives and plans.

Length of onsite workshop: 1 to 4 hours

Preparation for the workshop:
The goal of the workshop is discussed in advance with the EnTeam Facilitator and appropriate EnTeam Games are selected in advance.

Standard Package of EnTeam Workshops

The standard package of workshops is a series of workshops that are conducted at a school. The goal of a standard package of workshops is to improve academic performance while at the same time providing professional development for teachers. Progress on the achievement of the goal of the standard package of workshops is monitored and quantifiably evaluated by an EnTeam Manager.

Length of onsite workshop:
Multiple onsite sessions are conducted by Enteam Facilitators over a period of 3 to 12 months.

Preparation for the workshops:
An introduction workshop is a prerequisite for the standard package of workshops. The introduction workshop includes planning for standard workshop.

Introduction EnTeam Workshop

The introduction workshop includes the single workshop activity. The introduction workshop also includes analysis, planning and discussion with attendees about a potential standard package of workshops. The introduction workshop is conducted by an EnTeam Manager.

Length of onsite workshop:
Two sessions of approximately 4 hours each that are conducted on two concurrent days.

Preparation for the workshop:
Potential goals for a future standard package of workshops are discussed with the EnTeam Manager. Appropriate EnTeam Games are selected in advance.

After the onsite workshop, the client is presented with a proposal for a potential standard package of workshops. The client can reject this proposal for any reason.
