EnTeam Workshops are
educational activities that are facilitated by EnTeam certified
personnel. The objective of an EnTeam Workshop is to increase cooperation
and thus raise achievement levels of the workshop attendees.
EnTeam offers the following categories of Workshops;
Single, Standard Package, and Introduction.
Each EnTeam Workshop features the use of EnTeam
Games. The specific goals of each EnTeam Workshop vary. Examples
of specific goals are; improving cooperation between sub groups,
improving understanding between individual attendees, improving
specific academic or organizational skills, and improving the overall
performance of the full group.
The single workshop is a one-time EnTeam event
that is normally designed to achieve a goal such as improved group
interaction,
improved understanding of the benefits of cooperation, or improved
academic or organization achievement. The single workshop features
several EnTeam challenges that encourage people to think creatively
about the ways they can succeed together. The single workshop
is sometimes used as an icebreaker for a group meeting where
the goal is for members to interact and get to know each other,
and discuss their objectives and plans.
